Dhamphir needs our help

Her water heater completely died on her the other day. It has to be replaced. But to make matters worse, some of the piping and and the vent that goes through the roof also have to be replaced to bring everything up to current code. So the whole fiasco is going to cost about $1200. That's a huge hit for someone on disability.
